10 screws in elbow
I broke my elbow, and because of not having insurance, had to wait 3 1/2 weeks to raise the money for surgery.
They placed 10 screws in my elbow and I am trying to get strength and mobility back, but having trouble. Without having money for pt, where can I go to find exercises that I can do on my own.

Wow…10 screws! You really screwed up your elbow… So hard to give you exercises without seeing the elbow. Do you have a free clinic that has PT? Maybe you can get PT for a one time visit and ask them to show you some exercises…plead hardship and maybe they will take pity on you and charge you less. Good luck, M Scott PT
