2nd metatarsal fracture
Recently, while running cross country, I fractured my second metatarsal bone in my left foot. I was wondering what your advice was to the treatment of this. I want it to heal as well as possible so I will still be able to run without the risk of it happening again.

Hopefully you have seen a doctor and had this X-rayed. I am at a disadvantage since I have not examined you and seen your X-rays. Your doctor should be able to address your concerns.
