achillastendoritis
I have achillas tendoritis,can not take aspirin, etc, I do stretches,and ice packs,wear a splint to bed,, but can’t walk any distance..is there more I can do??
went to a foot DR he priscribed sole inserts,like a jell heel cup..been over 6 weeks see no change??Please do you have any advice???

First you should discuss this with your doctor. Second, I might recommend a MRI. I have not examined you so I can not state anything for sure, but I generally will want the patient to immobilize this not continually aggreavate it with stretching.
