achilles tendon rupture
It’s been 6 months since I injuried my achillies on the basketball court and I am just about ready to return.
I was thinking of getting a achilles strap, but like to have my ankles always protected.
So would a ankle brace such as the strap o loc ankle brace be my best option, or just an good ol fashion ankle tape to kill two birds with one stone?

Is it possible to completely tear your achilles tendo and have it heal without getting surgery and only wearing a cast. If so how long would you wear the cast. I guess I’m asking if the tendon can regenerate itself.
