Achilles tendon & Posterior tibial tendonitis

Is Achilles tendonitis the same as Posterior tibial tendonitis. If not what is the difference?

    The Achilles tendon comes from the calf muscle and inserts in the back of the heel bone. The Posterior tibial tendon comes from it’s muscle down the inside of the leg and under the medial malleolus to insert into the navicular bone.
