I injured me knee several months ago and had an MRI.
My doctor said I have an ACL deficient knee.

He means the Anterior Cruciate Ligament is torn I would think if he could see it on the MRI. I wouldn’t think that he could see a partially torn ACL. It must have been an orthopedic surgeon. I would get the medical reports. It should tell more.
