Adhesive Capsulitis SHoulder

I have been dealing with shoulder tendonitis and Adhesive Capsulitis for months. I have been in PT for a couple months as well. Have seen an orthopedic doctor who prescribed AGGRESSIVE PT which is very painful. I have been doing home stretches with a pulley which is also very painful, but I have been faithful to it. I have had 2 cortison injections. I have improvement with pain, but very little range of motion improvement. Some directions not much at all help. What are other options? Have I given this enough time? Would surgery be beneficial?

I’m experiencing the same type of problem. Shoulder problems are agonizing! Have you tried any of the prescription drugs such as celebrex, bextra, or vioxx? Movement is the key to your recovery, but if it’s been months and you’ve seen no improvement surgery might be the next step. Good luck!
