Ankle and foor problems

from the time I was a child I had ankle pains I use to walk a little unbalanced and my ankles would hurt so bad that I would sometimes fall. After 18 years it has improved a bit but my right foot is a half size smaller than the left one and it has a high arch. my whole right leg it smaller than the left leg. I don’t know what to do should I see a podiatrist

currently in a cam-walker for torn tendons in foot,fonfirmed by a M>R>I>. Fuids around the joints and some swelling that subsided after the first week of wearing the cam-walker. I was toldto wear it for 6 weeks. Since I had this problem for 3-4 years, with no one knowing what I had. My question is can this be healed without surgery? THANKS JOANNE

The short answer is I don’t know. There are some tendons that might, but it depends on the amount of the tearing and the location.
