hi, i’m doing a science project on if ankle circles decrease or prevent ankle injuries. And I was wondering if you could email me any information you know.
The only time we would use “ankle circle” type exercises is when we have a patient with an ankle sprain. We have them move the ankle in all kinds of ways while they are soaking the injured ankle in an ice bath. This movements helps them to regain their full range-of-motion. Let us know how your project turns out, and good luck.
