Ankle Injury
How long does it take on average for a 2nd or 3rd degree ankle sprain take to heal? How about a hairline fracture? The injury is the inside of the ankle. I was told I have one of the three but the doc wasn’t for sure so she is ordering a bone scan. I was put in a cast boot and was only told I’d be in it awhile. Physical Therapy was also ordered.

Dearest Dr., I like others have a left side injury of a grade II injury. I would like to know what is a approx. average for healing time. Xray’s alot, no broken bones. I have two daughters and a husband that travels 3wks per mo. It would be good if I had an idea when I might feel better. I will await you response.
