I can not give you definite recommendations with examining you. It is entirely possible that the plantar fasciitis is unrelated to the ankle surgery. Timing, position of the foot before and after the surgery, level of activity, type of orthotics and response would need to be evaluated as well as a gait analysis.If necessary, get a copy of your records and get another opinion.
