ARCH PAIN

(2 discussions)

CAN YOU TELL ME WHY I HAVE CONTINUOUS ARCH PAIN?
EVERYTIME I GET OUT OF MY BED IN THE MORNING AND SOMETIMES DURING THE DAY MY ARCH ON MY RIGHT FOOT HURTS TO THE POINT WHERE I HAVE TO WALK ON THE SIDE OF MY FOOT.
THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY IDEA OF WHAT THIS COULD BE?
THANKYOU

This may be plantar fasciitis and or heel spur. There are numerous sites regarding this condition. You can also do a Google search on it.My recommendation is you see a podiatrist for a more accurate evaluation and treatment recommendation.Life is too short to limp!

My foot hurts very badly in the morning also during the day. I also have hard ball spots in my arch it seems like they are in my veins. I want to start running again. What is this?
