Archilles Tendon pain and soreness
Having pain tenderness and warmth (redness) running up and down archilles tendon. Also numbness, and tingling in right big toe and second toe. Pain in the tendon keeping me up at night!!! Any suggestions of what it could be and what I can do ?? Orthotics? New sneakers and shoes???

You need to be examined further. I can not determine if you have Achilles tendonitis, a tear or a nerve problem. Please see a podiatrist or orthopedist.
