The best way I know of is to stand at the top of your stairs or someone else’s, hopefully there are a lot of stairs. Then turn towards your husband and have him push you as hard as he can down the stairs. This would qualify as a full body adjustment. If that does not work, have him throw you out a second story or higher building.

LOL!! Instead of screwing yourself up, go see someone who has spent 4 years of post graduate education learning how to do it safely.
