I have recently re-injured a past injury of the lower back. The original injury occured in 2010,the second occured in 2012,and now it is 2013. What does this mean when I have attended PT, been commited to doing my exercise and stretches on a daily basis. I am an Occupational Therapist and lifting is part of my job. I use proper body mechanics and us my abdominals as much as possible. What could be going on??? I am frustrated and only 33. Am I to expect this to happen yearly? I sure hope not. What do you suggest because the typical diagnosis of SPRAIN is becoming rather old.
