I have retrolisthesis,ddd,herniation and arthritis at l4/l5. Thinking about trying inversion but have read to us caution with inverting from the ankles with retrolisthesis. The article I read said people with this condition should invert from the trunk instead, but I don’t find any inversion table like this. Any info. thanks so much
