Back that cracks
HeyEvery little move I make whether it be turning my body around or or moving my shoulders my back cracks from my neck down…since it does it so frequently I often feel a dull pain in the middle of my spine and sometimes in my lower back and neck on a daily basis..Can you tell me what is wrong?

Hey, I some trouble with my neck. I don’t know what the problem is. I can’t get much sleep cause of it. My neck pops alot and causes my back to hurt some. And I don’t know what to do about it.Can you tell me what the problem is?
