since discovering that I have a protruding disc, I have not been told by my Doctor to see my chiropractor.
Should I be seeing her on a regular basis along with phisotherapy?

My father has been diagnosed with protruding disk in lower back. We have been told there is nothing that can be done other than taking Vioxx. He is still in a great deal of pain. Do we have any alternative methods of dealing with this? Will a chiropractor be able to help? What about surgery?

I JUST WENT AND HAD A MRI AND SHOWED I HAVE A PROTRUDING DISC WHAT DOES THAT REALLY MEAN, AND WHO DO I NEED TO SEE NOW?/DYREESE
