bad looking toes with corns and blemishes

hello there, I have corns on my toes but are not painful just look awful I have had them for a number of years. I am of asain colouring so with pigmentation may be a problem I went to harley street in london and was told they could operate on each toe but would leave me a scar on each individual toe. I would really appreciate if you could set me up with a consultion.many thanks.sheila
