Hello- My husband is 30 years old and works on the computer almost all day and has always had bad posture but it is now starting to bother him and he is trying to work on his posture and hoping to find some exercises or anything to help correct his bad posture. We can see now how his neck is huntching over. Do you have any suggestions on how to help this and possibly correct it. Any information would be greatly appreciative. Thanks-Kim

Hyperextensions on what is called a “Roman Chair” is a great lower back exercise. Light squats with strict form would also help. Good luck. R,Jake
