Balls of both feet burning, 9 months no real answers.

Dear Vivian, I have not got diabetes, no circulation problems,a podiatrist said she could not see any problems after examination, Three Doctors 3 opinions,Gout, but uric acid levels were ok, Diabetes, sugar levels ok, peripheral neuropathy but test shows the nerves ok.
I get a tingling feeling in my right Big toe and sometimes in the other, especialy if I am sitting with my toes bent. I have tried the metatarsal pads which do not help much. Can you sugest anything else?
The heels of my shoes did wear out unevenly, when I could walk around, but now, I only can use thongs.Please help if you can.
