big breasts

I am pretty thin and I have big breast that arent supported at all. I was wondering if there is a kind of excersise I can do to make them not fall loose.

    I think working with weights like the chest press found in gyms may improve your pectoral muscles, even though I myself have not tried it (I’m in your situation as well). Swimming is a very good exercise as well – breast and back strokes should help the chest muscles. And always wear a very good jogging bra while running or doing high impact aerobics – you may even need to wear two bras if one doesn’t offer enough support. But the most important thing to do is to build your back muscles. Yoga poses such as cobra and bow are very good for strengthening the back muscles. Otherwise your back may go out every now and then and you may be bedridden for a couple of days due to the weak back muscles. I’ve heard of women with big breasts having breat-reduction surgery to ease their back pain, but if one can get rid of the pain non-surgically then that’s for the best. I used to pull my back every now and then, but practising yoga helped me a lot. I still sometimes think of breast reduction surgery, but then again, if I keep fit and exercise regularly, I may not need such a procedure. Anyways, hope my two cents helps. Take care. – Rupa
