Big Toe
Why is it my big toe (cutical area) burns like fire sometime?
My Doctor told me approx 5 years agothat there was arthritis in the toe even though ithad never hurt me.
I am over 70 yrs and this just started about 2 months ago. Allso, I’m getting a bunion on that foot and sometimes I can feel that burning sensation there and also on the inside edge of that foot

Your doctor may have been right. It is possible that the arthritic spur has grown enough to cause a problem. This may be compounded by what shoes you are wearing. I suggest you get an X-ray and go from there.
