On both my feet the big toe’s, the nails are black and will probably fall off soon.
They got this way from all the running that I do.
Will they grow back?
How can I prevent this from happening again with my running?

In some runners and tennis players, this is dried blood under the nail. This can occur when the shoes are too shortor too loose and the foot slides forward. You might want to get properly sized and fitted at a running shoe store.
