I get a big blister on the same spot on my right heel when playing golf for straight 8 hours, which gets very painfull. I never have any problems doing cross country running (5-10 km). Would a Viscoheel help?Soren
It is a silicone shock absorber. It might be helpful for your blister. I also like the Silipos heel cups as they are neutral- neither right or left as tasre the Viscoheel
