blister
I have 2 large blisters on the inside of my feet that I aquired from running. They are very painful and are preventing me from walking around. Should I pop and drain them, allowing me to walk, or should I just leave them? I’m confused about what the best course of action is. Thank you,Linda M.

If the blisters are large and painful, then wash your foot well with soft and water. Sterilize a needle by passing it through a flame (let it cool down) and then puncture the blister. Do not remove the skin. Drain the fluid and dress the area with a topical antibiotic and a bandaid large enough to cover the area. Eventually the skin will dry up and peel off when the new skin grows underneath. Until then it acts as a protection.
