Mo doctor (GP) told me that I have 2 extra bones in the ball of my foot, at my big toe. he says it isn’t uncommon. Is there anything I should be doing?
He wasn’t specific in the names, but my foot hurts very badly. I have begun walking on the outside of my foot at all times. It is interfering with my daily activities, and I am a construction worker. Could there be anything else, or is it be something completely different?

If you are referring to the sesamoid bones under the 1st metatarsal head, everyone has them.
