bottom foot pain

Dr. VivianI have two bone spurs and arhtur in my first digit of my right foot. The other day I did a no no…
I wore high heel boots…and I could hardly make it out of the store and into my car.
A day later in the evening I was watching TV and touched the bottom of my foot lightly and about went through the ceiling. It is not right in the arch of my foot but closer toward the toes but in the middle of the foot. When I try to stand on it… It kills me…can’t walk normal on it.
In order not too feel a lot of discomfort I have turn my foot in toward my other foot, and walking on any carpet is a killer, but when walking on hard floor for a while the pain eases a little, more bearable.
Do you think this has anything to do with the high heels?

It is a possibility, but there are other ones too. I would suggest you get an examination. I think an x-ray and even a diagnostic ultrasound or MRI if things don’t seem to improve. In the interim, you probably should avoid high heels
