boxer’s fracture rehab
Hello. Assuming a boxer’s fracture heals normally in the standard 6 – 8 weeks, how long after this healing process does the patient have to wait before doing all forms of physical activity, including lifting heavy dumbells (60+ lbs) with the previousoy injured hand, and doing things like boxing and wrestling? Thank you.

Alex,With these types of fractures, so very much depends upon (1) the specific type of fracture, and (2) the site(s) of the fracture. You really will need to check with your Orthopedist to get the answers that you are looking for.
