broke fith metatarsal non displaced very active in a short leg cast up to knee should I weight bear if it hurts when I put prssure on the foot. is better to non weight bear or is weight bearing better

Did you ask whoever treated you what is the way to proceed? The answer can vary depending on the type of fracture, your physical condition, level of activity etc.

is it better to weight bear or non weight bear with broken 5th metatarsal in cast which is proven for healthyier recovery pls
