Broken or jammed little toe?

I hit my little toe yesterday on the metal frame of our son’s highchair. I had a hard time walking on it & it became swollen & slightly bruised. Today, however, it is still swollen & bruise is much worse. What is the difference between a broken toe & jammed toe? Can anything be done for either one? Thanks!

First of all, an x-ray would be indicated. When a toe is “jammed” it certainly can be broken. I always treat an injured toe as if it were broken when a patient has the symptoms you describe. You should see a podiatrist.

[5] Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.” No one not even me knows your heart. Only Jesus and you know your heart. Is your heart right according to Jesus a standard (which is the Bible)? If so praise Jesus! If not and you want to get right with Jesus.
