broken toes

I have 3 broken toes on my left foot, causing some intense pain while walking, etc…I am an avid runner and this will harm my training – are there ANY cardiovascular exercises (aside from swimming) I can do that will prevent a huge set-back?

  1. sorry to hear this, eileen. how did that happen? i think swimming is the best choice since it is non impact, and has the most overall support. perhaps you can incorporate sedentary yoga into your lifestyle. all and any of these activities should help in your recovery.
