Brown spot on bottom of toe
Dr. Abrams – I recently thought I had a callus/dry skin on the bottom of my big toe.
It is a little sore, and now there is a brown spot under the skin.
Any idea what it could be or how I could treat it?

I can not tell exactly what this is. It might possibly be dried blood or a fungal infection. If you are concerned, you should see a podiatrist.
