bubbles on toes

I have small water bubbles that form on my toes on my left foot. When I pop them, its seems like the water like substance is sticky. It is kind of itchy, but the area turn red. Also, there is some flaky skin around these toes. What should I do? Should I pop them?

If this is a reoccurring condition, and there are several or many, then it is possibly a dermatological condition called pomphylox or dyshidrotic eczema. If it is one lesion, then it could be a myxoid cyst which is similar to a ganglion. You should see a podiatrist or dermatologist.
