Bunion Surgery pin needs removed

Last December I had bunion surgery and the pin has been slowly working it’s way up.
Now, over a year later it’s extremely painful in every shoe.
I’m getting it taken out in a few days, what kind of pain should I expect?
The pain after the initial surgery was truly unbearable, but I should have a fairly high tolerence after all this time!

Taking out a pin does not usually involve a great deal of pain. Talk to your doctor about your concerns.
