Bunionectomy

I had a bunionectomy on 3/13, it’s been 4 weeks and I still walk around with my air casr boots- the doctor told me to keep ff my foot which I did and always prop them up when I sit down and go to bed, bt I stll have the numbness and fullness on my big toe. is it normal? will it go away?
please advise I am kind of concern now.. when I stand for a short period of time, my leg hurt so bad and my foot starts to tingle then the numbness will come in..

I had my surgery 3 months ago. After the surgery I started looking on the internet and noticing all the people with the surgery got cut on the side of the toe. My cut is on top. Why is mine so different. Plus my big toe is sitting higher off the floor. Why is that? What is the best thing for the scar. I hate it.
