BURNING SENSATION IN HEELS

For the past 10 years or so, I get a burning sensation in the bottom of my heels when I lay down flat on my back when sleeping.
The pain dissipates if I change position and my heels are not touching anything.
I have no problem walking, etc.
What could be causing this?
