buzzing in toes

(2 discussions)

In the past day, I have noticed a steady “buzz” in my left foot.
I feel it most in the big toe and the one next to it.
The buzz lasts for about 3 – 4 seconds in duration at 15 second intervals.
Late last night, early today, I felt it in my right foot, near the heel.
In the right foot however, it happens very infrequently.
There is no pain, tingling or numbness associated with this feeling.
It is more of an annoyance that anything else. It’s driving me crazy.
I have not injured my foot recently.
I often sit cross-legged at work.
I’m told that may cause circulation problems so I have stopped.
Do these symptoms suggest anything serious?

sounds like af to me,af can stick to your feet forever if your shoes, socks continue to carry fungus, and it takes a while to heal, you just have to keep apply the meditation
