callous on foot with black specks
My son has what looks like a callous on his foot, but it has dark “pebble-like” specks in it.
It’s not painful, but it seems to be growing.
It definitely seems to look like a fungus.
Any ideas of what this might be?
Can it be easily treated?

My guess is that it is a wart. This can sometimes look like what you described. You need to see a podiatrist or dermatologist for further evaluation.
