POPPING IN RIGHT GROIN & LOWER BACK PAIN

(5 discussions)

I have been having pain in my lower back (degenerative arthritis of the lower spine) and several months ago started having pain in the right leg (generates down to right buttock and knee and sometimes ankle) and right groin where my panty line is.
I’m also experiencing a popping in my right groin and sometimes it feels like my right leg will give out. Do you have any idea what the groin pain is all about.
I saw a chiropractor yesterday and when he heard about the popping in the groin he said my pelvis was out of place and has ordered his massage therapist to massage my pelvic area and then he would adjust me.
I’ve never heard of a pelvis being out of place and was wondering what you thought about it.

Hip Pain and Leg problems

(2 discussions)

A slightly weird problem I think and a little embarrassing. I experience increasingly painful cramps in the hip area (either right or left) quite regularly after a couple of minutes intercourse where I’m lying on my back with my legs rotated outwards and stretched apart. I have to move the leg quickly to stop the pain getting worse and it usually goes away pretty quickly. Any ideas why this might be happening?? Also – in the last couple of weeks I have often found when standing up from a sitting position that my right leg is completely numb and I am unable to walk on it. I’ve nearly fallen over several times. After the feeling has come back (within a few minutes) I have tingling and a hot feeling radiating from my hip region down the leg.

Left-side pain

(4 discussions)

Ihave, for the past four months, suffered chronic neck, shoulder, tricep, lower arm, outer thigh & outer calf ache. sometimes the pain is so severe that I am unable to sleep. the pain pattern is haphazard and a recent MRI scan of my spine showed no particular abnormalities for my age (56).
I had a mild whip-lash injury 5 years ago and had a very nasty wisdom tooth extraction (left side!) just prior to that. 3 months later a developed a facial itch just below my left nostril which comes & goes at will. It has driven me mad in the past but following a course of Neurontin has been hardly troublesome.
Sinus scans have also proved negative & I am at my wit’s end to know what to do next.
Strong ant-inflammatories are not particularly helpful and I do not care for some of the side-effects. I have tried physiotherapy combined with acupuncture but relief is only transitory and sometimes it makes the symptoms worse. My right side is completely problem-free. Any suggestions please?

pain in upper hamstring/sensoredocks

Hello, for about a month and a half, I’ve been dealing w/ this pain which seem to be getting worse. It seems like the onset was after I started doing lunges in exercize. At first I thought it was a pulled muscle, but it does not really feel like one now. It hurts at the base of my sensored/upper hamstring area. Does anyone know a good alternative for someone who has no med insurance to find out what this is and treatment?
