Chronic Hip Pain

I’ve had extreme chronic pain in my hips ever since the 8th month of pregnancy with my first son in 2002.
I thought it was from the weight gain, which my doctor agreed and told me to take Aleve for the pain and watch my weight.
Well, I did that and still have a hard time sitting on the floor to play with my kids or standing in one place for too long.
I wonder if there was some sort of specific exercise or exercise equipment that I could do or use to strengthen something that has obviuosly been weakened.

  1. you might try using the leg press and leg curl exercise machines also try doing the sensorederfly stretch.you might also ask your doctor if there isn’t something pinched in your hip if you have any questions about the stretch i mentioned just e-mail me.
