Clicking in lower back
(3 discussions)
Hi. I used to go to a chiropractor until it left me with a clicking in my lower back. I feel and hear it whenever I walk. Sometimes it is quite uncomfortable. I also have an awful grinding sound in my neck at times. Both feel like they are “hung up”. It’s been over a year and I’m afraid to go back. I had several pinched nerves and that is much better, but what do I do about this annoying clicking.

I strongly suggest you go to your Chiropractor. Sounds like you might have a slipped disc. Never have a Chiropractor work on you without an x-ray done first as the spine is a fragile thing. If the Chirporactor tells you they can feel it, insist on that x-ray.

Maybe try a different chiropractor if you're hesitant about going back to the same one. Sounds like joint crepitus (crackling sound). This typically is a sign of degenerative arthritis.

I have the exact same problem. Is there any solution for this?
