please can u heelp me out to reduce my breast size as i’m 21 and have a big breast i’ll be very thankful but through exercises and home remedies not surgery
I am sorry to tell you, but there are no real ways to reduce the size of breasts, other that “Breast Reduction Surgery” done by a Plastic Surgeon. Exercises, and homeopathic pills will not work; if they say they do, they are just trying to scam you. Why don’t you talk to a Plastic Surgeon? Most do not charge for initial consultations, so you can see more that one and get several different opinions.
