How can the corns be permanently removed? My right foot is horrible looking. I use the pumice, get pedicures, they still don’t go away. I want them surgically removed. I have insurance through BCBS do yoy think they will cover the cost? Also, is plastic surgery part of this procedure?

Yes. The underlying bone deformity must be addressed.
