I have scars on my toes from corns.
What can I do to remove the dark spots and get my smooth appearance back?

  1. I do not know of anything to change the change in the pigmentation. There is an over the counter topical medication called MEDERMA. You might try it, although I have no information on it that states it works for your purpose. It is used to decrease the appearance of scars. Old ones take months to show any improvement though.
