crushed calneus left and 3 fractures on right

Hi Dr. Abrams,on april 29 03 I fell off roof crushed my left calcaneus and fractured right in 3 places.
Sx done 3 weeks later on left foot with screws and pins, soft cast then hard cast, nosx on right just cast.
Mid sept dr took off cast and put me in boots.
Left foot is so painful and can’t move it in circular motion, just up and down.
Therapy was suppose to start after cast removed, but dr changed his mind.
Should I see a podiatrist or orthopedic dr for 2nd opinion.
This just isn’t right.
Please direct me to which type of dr I should see.
I can’t take the pain any longer.
