Cuboid Bone? Pain in top of foot

Cuboid bone?
I have pain in the top of my foot.
It is between the last 2 toes on my left foot about 2 inches below where the ankle hits the top of the foot.
It hurts when I walk and if I try to massage it out it almost brings tears.
I cannot for the life me recall hitting it on anything.
Why? or What should I do.
Someone said it could be gout???
Any suggestions?

Thank You

I doubt it is gout from your description. I would need to see your foot and get an x-ray. It is possible your cuboid is dislocated, but it is also possible that several other things could have happened. I recommend you see a podiatrist for further evaluation.
