Cuboid fracture?
About three months ago I turned my foot while playing basketball went to the OS, he said there was no visible fracture but the swelling was so bad he put me in a cast. He said it was probably a small cuboid fracture. Three months later, I was doing great, but yesterday I accidently dropped something on my foot and now it hurts to move it and there is substantial swelling. The pain is in the exact same spot. Any suggestions?? Thanks for your help

If you had a cast boot previously and kept it, I recommend you put it on. If you had a fiberglass cast, ask around if any friends have one you can borrow until you see your doctor. If nothing is available, then consider using crutches for weight bearing. Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation are a good idea also until you see your doctor.
