Cysts on bottom-of-foot tendon

I, too, have sore bottom-foot tendons than I presume run from the heel to the ball of the foot on the underside.
To take my problem one step further, the front pad of each foot is somewhat swollen and partially devoid of good feeling and sensitivity to the ground.
As a result — particularly with shoes on and on a smooth surface — I am finding it difficult to walk because my brain does not appear to be receiving the correct signals from my feet that I am secure in my pathway.Does this ring a bell?
Can the cysts on the bottom center tendon in each foot be causing my problem?
