hello I am a dancer at shoemaker high school in killeen and I would like to know if I should run even though I am a dancer??? I hurd that you shouldnt run because running tightens our muscles and dancing or stretching loosens our muscles. I hurd that we dancers shouldnt do that and I just wanted to know if it is true or not??

That depends on the individual, how much they run, what surface they run on, what shape they are in etc.
